Leverty & Associates has a litigation team covering all aspects of insurance litigation, especially bad faith litigation. We have represented insurers and insureds in high profile bad faith litigation with great success. We believe the fact that we represent insurance companies as well as insureds enables us to provide insight and perspective to our clients in their cases, as well as how to avoid litigation.
We are very experienced in high-powered paper wars, which are prevalent in bad faith and class action lawsuits. We emphasize an aggressive motion and discovery practice as is required in these complex litigation matters. The litigation team is comprised of Vernon E. Leverty, William R. Ginn, Patrick R. Leverty, and Donald K. White.
In addition, the litigation team is supported by a staff of assistants and by the "latest" in computer systems and programs.
