William ("Bill") Ginn is an associate of Leverty & Associates Law Chtd. Mr. Ginn's practice focuses primarily on insurance litigation and insurance regulatory work. Mr. Ginn's trial practice is focused on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on disputes related to insurance. He also counsels clients in insurance regulatory compliance, and represents both individuals and insurance companies in administrative proceedings before the Nevada Division of Insurance.
Mr. Ginn obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with an emphasis in Philosophy from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington. While at Whitworth, he was a captain on the rugby team. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Willamette University School of Law, in Salem, Oregon. While in law school, Mr. Ginn received the prestigious Butler Scholarship, was a founding member of the Internet Law Caucus, and a member of the civil practice clinic.
Bill Ginn is admitted to practice in all Nevada state courts and the United States District Court for the State of Nevada. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Bill loves to read, ski, and spend time with his family. Between college and law school, Bill worked in the fertilizer industry as the marketing coordinator of Alaska Fish Fertilizer. Also during that time period, Bill was a successful junior soccer league coach and ran the fundraising for a school bond campaign.
